Small bore target shooting is a safe and fun sport in which anyone can participate regardless of gender and physical ability. In Victoria Juniors can join the sport from the age of 12.

Shooters representing Australia can trace their origins in the sport back to their local rifle club where they received a sound grounding in the sport of target rifle shooting.
Here at Frankston we offer the following facilities:

50 Metre Range
For Prone, Benchrest and 3 Position shooting
20 Metre Range
For Prone (and soon Benchrest) shooting
10 Metre Range
For Air Rifle disciplines.

All of our ranges have undercover firing points, the 10 Metre range has an automated target system, whilst the 50 Metre range has several bays equipped with electronic target systems. The comfortable lounge area has free tea and coffee facilities with cold drinks and snacks also available.

The operating hours of all ranges are:
Monday Evenings from 7.30pm to 10.00pm (Members Only)
Wednesday Evenings from 7.30pm to 10.00pm (2nd Wednesday of each month is reserved for Visitors).
